If the received product does not suit you or is not the right size, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to return the product(s) to us in their original packaging, to the following address:

The products must be new and unworn. Please make sure to include your invoice and indicate your preference for a refund or an exchange. In the case of an exchange, please provide the reference number(s) of the desired product(s). We recommend using a tracked shipping method to have a record of the delivery and to avoid any lost packages.
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date the customer informed Passant-de-Montre, and no later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. Returns of products sent beyond this period will not be accepted. If the customer has benefited from a promotional offer that entitles them to one or more free product(s) in exchange for their order, and if, due to the exercise of their right of withdrawal, they are no longer eligible for the offer, the customer must return the product(s) they wish to return along with the free product(s) received in exchange for their order, so that Passant-de-Montre can process their request for withdrawal. The customer may be held responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and, where applicable, the proper functioning of the products.
Band-Loop does not accept packages or mail with postage due.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For any exchanges, a new payment request for the shipping fees will be sent to you via PayPal.
