If the product you received does not suit you or is not the right size, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) in their original packaging to the following address:

Products must be new and unworn. Please include your invoice as well as your wish — refund or exchange. In the case of an exchange, indicate the reference of the replacement product(s) you want. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you have proof of delivery and to avoid a lost parcel.
Returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the consumer informed Band-Loop of their decision, and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the date of receipt. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted. If the customer benefited from a promotional offer entitling them to one or more free product(s) in exchange for their order, and if exercising their right of withdrawal makes them no longer eligible for that offer, the consumer must return the product(s) they wish to send back together with any free product(s) received in connection with that order so Band-Loop can process the withdrawal request. The consumer may be held liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Band-Loop does not accept parcels or mail sent on a cash-on-delivery basis.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. For any exchange, a new payment request for the return shipping fee will be sent to you via PayPal.
